TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN (TK) PROGRAM
Our Transitional kindergarten Program (TK) consist of our students from 4 years old to entry into kindergarten.
Our TK Program is geared towards kindergarten readiness and prep through further developing writing, spelling, beginning math skills, and reading comprehension.
We also focus on further developing number and letter recognition.
Our TK students continue to focus on creativity through art, music and movement, as well as incorporating play and further social development with both peers and teachers.
This age group will be focusing on further strengthening previously learned abilities, while introducing new concepts and enhancing their learning experience through developmentally appropriate practices, as well as spiritual awareness and learning practices.
During the TK stage you can expect your child to show more independence and want to try new things, as well as more open conversations, questions, and discussions regarding different ideas and topics that may pique their interest.
Our goal for your TK students is to ensure that they can recognize numbers and letters, as well as further strengthening their fine motor skills through writing, and spelling their own name, basic mathematical concepts, sorting, story-telling, word print, independence, self-awareness, and much more.
